Contemplation of organizational foibles

Or- how an organization sees the internet shapes how that organization expects it to work.
While the article I just read on this is specifically aimed at governmental misperceptions, some of this applies as well to corporate thoughts on how to use the internet / how the internet will treat the organization.

The article's here: anybody reading this have commentary or thoughts about taking the opinions about government into the private sector? To me, this sounds very like a few places I've worked.
