Panorama Photo obsession update

So yesterday, I went to the post office and picked up a couple packages. One package contained two panoramas I'd ordered that were exquisitely reproduced (New York, 1931; San Francisco on fire, the day of the '06 quake). They're about 3' long, and about 1/2' tall. The contrast used is perfection- they're nice, solid prints. Extremely nice. I cannot WAIT to get them framed and hang them up.
The other one was exquisitely disappointing. Picadilly Circus, 1909. Printed on 3 sheets of photo paper-- as strips across the middles, rather than along the length. Choppily 'repaired' -- the image has vertical stripes of darker or lighter saturation that seems completely random. You cannot make Eros out against the building behind him because of it. It's only about 2' long, and about 3" tall. I am disappointed by that, but hopeful that when it's framed it will look less suckful.
But the other two- WOW. Neat. Very, very neat. Impressive as hell.
