...I don't even know whose mercy to appeal to, here.

Came back from a great evening out with a great friend and a great movie (I liked Hitchhiker's Guide, just for the record), to find A) the window is still broken B) there's no note regarding progress on repair thereof and C) EVERY GODDAMNED DOOR IN THE APARTMENT IS WIDE OPEN.

I have my bedroom door closed now, and the study/library door closed, and every window outside of that room open so as to vent the paint reek that has permeated my bedroom.

God Damn It.
  • You want to appeal to Loki, who had a little-known role as the god of rental housing.
  • O mighty Zephyrous, deity of clean air and stuff like that, be nice to beleaguered Turner, pls k thx. (I think Zephyrous took over being deity in charge of home air conditioning systems too.)

Deities of hearth and home perhaps?

Angus macOg (Kai sez) has some connection to rental housing, having gambled for and won a domicile. But that might be for landlords. I'd go with hearth deities like Vesta/Hestia.

There really ought to be a go-to deity for supervising laborers, too. Did the Egyptians with all their work gangs have somebody?

Regardless of what forces have it in for you, you have my sympathies.
