Post a memorable line -- good or bad -- from the last movie you saw, either on home video/DVD or in a movie theater.

Of course he has a knife; he always has a knife; we all have knives! It's 1183, and we're all barbarians!

This line always makes me howl laughter.
  • I am thinking that is from Erik the Viking, but I am probably wrong. What movie is it from? Sounds funny. :)
  • That's one of my big favorites too.
  • There'll be pork in the treetops by morning!
    • Henry's bed is Henry's province, he may people it with sheep if he wishes. Which upon occasion he has done.
      • God, but I do love being king!

This smug look on my face is called winning, boy!
        • Re: God, but I do love being king!

          And what else...

JRM's performance as Philip really takes Tim Dalton's and beats it like a redheaded stepchild.
          • Re: God, but I do love being king!

I like the way they kept talking about Geoffrey like he was a robot. And watching Nigal (king Arthur) Terry play such a sniviling ninconpop was fabulous.
  • propagating backwards through what I've seen..

"That's the skeleton of the first Godzilla."

    -Japanese scientist, "Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla".
  • "Weeeeee....don't eat ...meat. It's kinda...a...professional courtesy."

  • Mmm...

"Elizabeth, it would never have worked between us, darling, I'm sorry. Will, nice hat.

  • Mine: "you can't exactly dust for vomit."

But from LIW I vote: "Spare the rod and you'll spoil those boys."
    • "I could wear them on my nipples, but it would shock the children."
  • Ah, thank you! I adore that line. I'd better Netflix the new version.
    • Save the netflix, there's a copy of this around the house.
But I do need it in hand at Thanksgiving because it's going to be the only way I stay sane dealing with my relatives.
  • Yay Eleanor.
  • How exactly does one suck a fuck, Elizabeth? I'm all ears.
  • Can't leave "Lion in Winter" alone...

"Let's strike a flint and see."
