Name a CD you own that no-one else on your friends list does:

the not-yet-released Beautiful South album, Gold Diggas Head Nodders & Pholk Songs.

Name a book you own that no-one else on your friends list does:

Antiquities, by John Crowley

Name a movie you own on DVD/VHS/whatever that no-one else on your friends list does:

I don't think anyone owns Gohattou other than I. If someone does, I imagine they don't own Reefer Madness.

Name a place that you have visited that no-one else on your friends list has:

Chichen Itza, in Mexico. (visited by lvx as well as me)
Okay, then, the Kusatsu hot springs, in Japan, which I went to when I was 16.
  • Points of order, sir -- I do own Reefer Madness, and have been to Chicen Itza twice.
    • Hah! Okay, Chicen Itza is out. But I doubt you own Gohattou (the first-choice 'nobody owns this' movie).
    • No. No I do not.
    • Mutter. I don't own it, but the only reason I don't is because no one pays attention to my Amazon list on my birthday. I will eventually.

But only after I get the soundtrack.

      • I strongly recommend picking the score up used, if you can: it's good, but rather... well, highly repetitive.
  • We own Refer Madness. I love that movie. Sorry.

    • And Gohattou as well?
      • No. Not that I know about at least.
        • If you like things Japanese at all, and are intrigued by historical Japan, well. This movie has a ridiculously pretty boy in it, as well as strong themes centered around homosexuality. I recommend renting it. ;)
  • (no subject) -
    • Heh. I considered and rejected that one and then the same with Costa Rica, which led me to the Chicen Itza trip.
  • You are evil! I will not give in to your evil survey or meme!!!! I will resist!

Incidently I dont think anyone else around here has ever been to Vintu de jos in romania.
