So toiletries, sunglasses, shoes, uhm...

This is the part of going out of town I hate. I KNOW there's SOMETHING I'm forgetting. I just KNOW it.

UPDATE: Ah HAH. Travel alarm.
  • HAVE FUN!!!!!
    • oh right, I left the fun on the counter. Thanks. :)
    • BTW: could you do me a favor and encourage Dillo to contact me at colubra @ livejournal dot com, sometime before he heads to Europe? We were talking about doing the British Museum on the 11th. I cannot get at his email address: having changed my pword on gothpunk means I no longer REMEMBER it...
...if he emails me there, I can check that account while in London easily (it goes to a Hotmail account), and write him back with like my cel # while over there. ;)
  • Pajamas! Sunblock! Flip-flops!
  • Decent snacks for the plane?
  • Toothbrush, floss and toothpaste? Underwear? Bathing suit (I don't know if that word applies to men too)? That was my mom's suggestion. "Never forget to pack a bathing suit, you may need it."
    • Your I-Pod. Put it where you can see it, so you don't forget. : )
    • Swimsuit is packed, as are the dental accessories you listed (which in American English usage are part of 'toiletries').
I was forgetting that I need to grab a travel alarm clock because if I am going to get cross-town by 10 AM, I am going to need a little infernal beeping gizmo to get me up @ 8.
  • nice catch!! :)
  • Have a good time, dear. Make sure to take lots of pictures and such. :)
  • Where are going? I used to have this same kind of stress but lately I've realized that in most of the places I travel to, THEY SELL STUFF THERE.
    • Going to London, and I just hate spending $ I don't need to spend.
But I'd already planned to do that with soap.
  • Eh?

Did you leave the gas on?
  • cashiers or other check for most spectacular of two-wheeled vehicles?
