what the...

food: two meals a day the last 3, including fondue for fifteen as consumed by five.
exercise: maybe a little more walking around than is 'normal' for me.
weight: down, at this point, exactly 30 pounds from where I was when I started dieting: 20 more pounds to go to get to the 'target weight'.
How in the hell did I lose 5 pounds in the last week???
