holy fucking shit.

the link above contains information which may seem anti-right-wing to you, Gentle Reader. The management of this blog would like you to know that this information is not being presented by the management as anti-right-wing at all, but rather as horrifying truths regarding who the right wing has chosen to front the party line. You may of course make your own judgement regarding the matter: the management would simply ask that you, Gentle Reader, make an educated judgement.

Also, no nazis were harmed in the production of the link above.
  • Whoa. Holy Fucking Shit is right.

    >___>; *hopes that the FBI is not watching my house*
  • As the resident devil's advocate, I suppose it falls to me to point out that the sins of the father are not (necessarily) born by the son. (Ezekiel 18:20 if you want a real reference.) In other words, just because Bush's grandfather was scum doesn't necessarily mean he is. Likewise (following other links from that site), it's obvious that his brother Jeb is a bit screwy, and none of them have managed to raise law-abiding children, but that doesn't mean Bush himself is scum.

It does certainly heavily imply it, however, since I don't believe it's possible to be truely that innocent of all wrong-doing while raising kids like that, much less growing up in an environment of this-is-how-business-is-done.

But I do have to point it out. Y'know.
    • Only fair, indeed.

I have my concerns about the Bush family based on the ethicality exercised by Bush pater, both when in the Oval Office and when occupying his prior post as Mr. Spymaster. The rhetoric of that site is way way WAY too kneejerkish, though.
Without the graphic content of that little movie, the rhetoric gets a lot less frightfully kneejerk, and a bit more frightful, IMHO. However, as you correctly pointed out, the sins of the father do not fall on the shoulders of the son: one can be a monster and not beget monsters.
  • Wow. The Clockwork Orange theme works well with that, as well.

I do agree that the message may be even stronger if it was presented in essay form. Of course, less people might be willing to read it that way. :)
  • Some details:

I'm digging on the Spike Jones, too.
  • That was a better heartstarter than my usual morning cup of tar. :>

What threat to the Bush administration are you?
